[ on-chain commodity purchasing-power index · TON ]

A purchasing-power index for the world's commodities, on-chain.

Planet (PLT) aggregates the real prices of energy, metals and agriculture into one on-chain index — a synthetic index token (TEP-74), verifiable on TON and mintable from your wallet.

[ 01 ]what it is¬
  • An on-chain commodity purchasing-power index expressed as the PLT token.
  • A synthetic index token (TEP-74) on TON, with mint / burn / redemption accounting.
  • Prices sourced by an off-chain relayer from two independent feeds, verified on-chain by ed25519 signatures.
  • Governed by an owner + timelock (Propose → delay → Execute), multisig-ready.
[ 02 ]what it is not¬
  • Not a fully-collateralised stablecoin. Phase 1 holds no real commodity reserve.
  • Not pegged 1:1 to a basket — PLT is an index, its market price may diverge.
  • Not audited yet. Testnet only; do not use with real value.
  • Not a DEX. Planet builds no AMM; trading happens on external venues.
[ 03 ]how it works¬
  1. 01

    Basket

    Owner configures a weighted basket (e.g. WTI 40% · Gold 35% · Copper 25%) and locks base prices on-chain.

  2. 02

    Multi-source oracle

A relayer reads two independent feeds, takes the median, and signs the payload. Divergence beyond 2% freezes the asset out of the index.

  3. 03

    On-chain PPI

PlanetCore verifies the signature (M-of-N signer set), guards against stale / jumped prices, and recomputes the PPI from the live basket.

  4. 04

    Mint / burn

Deposit to mint PLT at the current PPI (fee split 30/50/20, +10% risk fund). Burns mirror through the jetton minter back to core accounting.

This is a technical PoC. Nothing here is investment advice. Commodity prices are volatile; an early-stage index token may diverge materially from its theoretical PPI.

[ 06 ]how to use¬
  1. 01

    Get a wallet

Install a TON wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper) and keep your recovery phrase safe.

  2. 02

    Get testnet TON

This is TON testnet — request free test TON from a faucet (e.g. the Telegram bot @testgiver_ton_bot).

  3. 03

    Open the app

Open the Mini App and tap Connect wallet. Planet never sees your keys.

  4. 04

    Mint / burn

Enter an amount and approve in your wallet; burn PLT back through the jetton wallet.

[ 09 ]how we compare · similar token designs¬

Planet sits between asset-backed tokens (PAXG/XAUT), basket protocols (Reserve), purchasing-power tokens (Frax FPI) and elastic-supply designs (Ampleforth). We kept the parts that are structurally safe and deferred the parts that need custody / licences.
